Meet Serapis
Gene Carroll

Gene Carroll

Electric Bass, Acoustic Guitar
Third Base

Gene is the tall one on your right (usually). He sings a couple tunes, and makes funny faces ALOT. Gene is also the sound engineer and general equipment repair guy. If the band sounds bad, mention it to Gene, as he always appreciates criticism from the audience. If the band sounds good - remember, it's a TEAM effort! Most of the time, it's Gene who chooses the music that plays while we're on break. Gene has a daughter who speaks Japanese. And she's not even Japanese! (Neither is Gene)

Tony Chambers

Acoustic & Electric Guitars, Mandolin
Shortstop

Tony is in the middle of the three people who are standing up,and is the overall spokesperson for the band, though at times each of us has a specific topic we like to expound on. The baby of the band, Tony also handles bookings and other financial matters. Because of this, he makes a lot more money than the rest of the guys. When he's not performing with Serapis, Tony is an Emmy Award-winning photographer/editor with KSDK, the St. Louis NBC affiliate. During a performance, you'll most likely be dazzled by the lazer-like precision of the light show. Also Tony's work.

Bob Gleason

Bob Gleason

Drums, Elec Guitar, Harmonica

"Hey - you look like that guy from ZZ Top..." Bob never tires of hearing that one. Bob Gleason, the only band member whose name can be rearranged to spell "Boob Angels", is the oldest member of the band, and also plays a mean harmonica. As if drums weren't enough, Bob is proficient on several instruments, including harmonica, guitar, clarinet, sax, and flute. Bob has a daughter who is a space scientist! In his "spare" time - Bob is the owner/head-honcho, top-dog/big-cheese/Mister Big of Imagitrax!

Todd Luerding

Keyboards, Drums, Percussion, Vibraphone, Accordian
Second Base

The only legally ordained minister in the band, Todd is usually on the left (as you face the stage). So if it's 1:30 in the morning, and you've found that perfect mate - come find Todd. He can perform the ceremony. In addition to keyboards, Todd also plays the conga drums, and handles other percussion duties. He plays drums and mallet instruments. And for some unknown reason he also plays the accordian. Todd has a special brain lobe devoted to useless TV trivia. He once stumped Jerry Mathers in a "Leave It To Beaver" trivia challenge. And while many people can tell you that June Cleaver is from East St. Louis, IL, not many recall her maiden name. Oddly, he seems proud of this.
